Earlier Moo Young smelt from the boyfriend the exact scent he smelt in Yoon Ju’s room.<br/><br/>Someone is coming. Moo Young hides and hears the boyfriend talking with the center manager. They are working together. The boyfriend finds fat girls, makes them fall in love with him and brings them to the center. In return he receives 30%of the whole percentage.<br/><br/>Later Moo Young follows the people to another class. He found himself in the middle of a cult. They are using people’s weakness, washes their minds and takes over all their money. It tells the story of a man turned zombie, and jumps from horror to slapstick to mystery to rom-com in the space of a single episode — and it all strangely works.<br/><br/><br/> <br/>EPISODES 1-2 WEECAP<br/><br/><br/><br/>It’s a great mystery of dramaland why some dramas just don’t work, even when they have everything (cast, writer, PD) stacked in their favor. But it might even be a bigger mystery when a drama that sounds like a walking disaster, turns out to be totally viable, fun, and entertaining — and that’s exactly what we have here with Zombie Detective.<br/><br/>When Zombie Detective opens, we’re introduced to two very different storylines. The first is this very dark, noir, and totally campy introduction to our zombie hero (Choi Jin-hyuk). He wakes up in the middle of a landfill and slowly starts to realize that he’s not human any more. All of the narration in this sequence is done in hilariously dramatic inner monologue — because he’s a zombie and he naturally can’t speak but in wheezy grunts. He wonders things like, “Is this the apocalypse or a zombie virus?” or, when he’s trying to walk, “I’m in a rush but why am I so slow?” LOL! Our zombie even lights a moody cigarette in a style that’s so exactly from a noir detective film, that it’s hard not to crack up. There’s something about this gloominess mixed with the comedy that is just spot-on.<br/><br/><br/><br/>Our second introduction is to our heroine, the feisty journalist GONG SUN-JI (Park Joo-hyun). Sun-ji’s scenes are the mother of all tonal shifts from the gloomy noir comedy of our zombie hero. She’s basically like a more ballsy Lois Lane. She’s on a mission to catch a wanted criminal known as Santa, or any other baddie she runs into in the process, and she’s not afraid to throw punches — or helmets — to take them down.<br/><br/>With a pretty solid introduction to our heroine and her pursuit of justice, the story’s attention then falls to our hero. How is he going to survive in a world of vicious humans who kill zombies at the first chance they get? The entire reversal of this hunter/hunted dynamic is great here — and our hero soon decides he has to pretend to be human in order to survive in this cruel, cruel world. Cue a year-long transformation montage that puts Choi Jin-hyuk’s previous crazy transformation scene in An Empress’s Dignity to shame.<br/><br/>")

Someone’s been there, they searched for something and took the lighter.<br/><br/>Moo Young feels human smell and follows it to the bathroom. He finds his two idiots neighbors hidden there. Sung Rok and Wang Wei had come to check on Moo Young with the pretext they want to get along. The door was open so they came in. Soon they heard noise and hid. A man came in, searching for the lighter. They didn’t see the man’s face, but he seemed to have a broken arm. Of course Sung Rok didn’t tell the arm clue to Moo Young.<br/><br/>Moo Young:”Why did he took only the lighter? Is he someone from my past?”<br/><br/>The next day Sun Ji and Moo Young went to see again So Ri’s father. He may know who Moo Young is since Moo Young had a flash back of So Ri. But the father isn’t back yet. He will return in two days. So Moo Young and Sun Ji left. They stopped in a park to talk about So Ri’s father when they encountered Joon Woo and Tae Kyun. Happy to see Moo Young, Joon Woo insisted Moo Young to come to his birthday party later.<br/><br/>When they arrived at the party, Moo Young saw he wasn’t the only guest Joon Woo invited. Do Hyun was invited too. Both Moo Young and do Hyun brought Joon Woo the same cake…<br/><br/>Later everyone gave presents to Joon Woo. The boy liked Moo Young’s coupons the most.<br/><br/>It’s time to eat. Moo Young brought sashimi so he could eat with the others. But Tae Kyun ate everything. So Sun Ji made Moo Young prepare the barbecue.<br/><br/>Back home, Moo Young finds Oh Hyung Cheol in front of the door. Before going there, Hyung Cheol went to the mountains and dug for a body he had buried. The body was nowhere.<br/><br/>Hyung Cheol knew Moo Young before. He goes crazy and furious. He asks Moo Young why Moo Young keeps looking into the kidnapping case with Sun Ji.<br/><br/>Hyung Cheol:”Do you find dead person’s too? Brother, are you going to keep pretending like you don’t know me?”<br/><br/>Hyung Cheol left as if nothing happened. Still he left a strange impression on Moo Young. So Moo Young paid Sung Rok and Wang Wei to follow Hyung Cheol. When he received the information about Hyung Cheol, Moo Young had another flashback. He knows Hyung Cheol’s house. He went there, he felt the same resin smell he had felt from Hyung Cheol before and from So Ri’s shoes.<br/><br/>Hyung Cheol arrived home. He wasn’t surprised to see Moo Young there. They can’t talk there. Hyung Cheol’s wife and mother are there too.<br/><br/>They went to the lake were they used to fish together. There Hyung Cheol said Moo Young is the one that kidnapped and killed So Ri. And then Moo Youg threw So Ri’s body in the reservoir.<br/><br/>Moo Young:”You kidnapped and murdered So Ri? Am I the one that kidnapped and murdered So Ri? I was the worst human!”<br/><br/>Of course it was all a lie. Hyung Cheol took advantage of the fact that Moo Young can’t remember anything and has mixed flashbacks and lied. Moo Young believed him.<br/><br/>Meantime Sun Ji went to see So Ri’s father. She was allowed to enter and was looking at So Ri’s picture. She sees a man’s hand behind")

Oh Pung Shik, the man that killed the real Kim Moo Young is out of prison.He asked Sung Rok and Wang Wei to follow Moo Young. Of course Moo Young could smell them following him while he was out with Sun Ji trying to find out more about the real Kim Moo Young.<br/><br/>They started their investigation at the last place Kim Moo Young went, the salon near by. He went there and while trimming his hair, Kim Moo Young asked questions about dr. No Pung Shik. Apparently Dr. No was arrested for illegal medicine waste he threw on the mountain.<br/><br/>From the salon, Moo Young and Sun Ji stopped by Dr. No’s veterinary clinic. There was a photo of dr. No that they could see on the window. Moo Young recognized him. Dr. No is the one that killed the real Kim Moo Young.<br/><br/>Later Moo Young met Do Hyun on the street. Do Hyun asked about Kang Min Ho. While investigating Oh Hyung Cheol, Do Hyun came across Kang Min Ho’s picture. He was shocked by the resemblance. Of course Kang Min Ho and Kim Moo Young look the same, they are the same person. Legally Kang Min Ho is a missing person so Do Hyun will look into it.<br/><br/>While Moo Young was out, Sung Rok and Wang Wei installed a device to electrocute Moo Young when he arrives. Dr. No wants them to bring Kim Moo Young over.But of course that didn’t work with Moo Young and the two of them fell into their own trap.<br/><br/>The next day Sun Ji met someone from animal protection. That woman said No Pung Shik is a monster. He used to haunt and torture animals….No Pung Shik who is a veterinary ….While Sun Ji was out, Moo Young was attacked again by masked men armed with hammers. Moo Young beat up those men easily. Then Sung Rok came to attack him. While they were fighting, Moo Young felt the smell of human Sung Rok. He was hungry. He couldn’t stop himself… His eyes were red and his zombie instinct was too strong.<br/><br/>Moo Young managed to run away before killing someone. Sun Ji saw him running away and followed him. She hit him and Moo young fainted before he could harm any human.<br/><br/>In the morning, Sun Ji and Moo Young start cleaning the office after the mess from the fight. And they find the files the real Kim Moo Young had on No Pung Shik. The veterinary was doing experiments on animals to make zombies. Kang Min Ho was part of the experiment too. He was made a zombie….And the real Kim Moo Young recognized him that’s way the real Kim Moo Young gave him the key of the office before dying.<br/><br/>Share this:")

She can’t get closer and if she wants to continue working for him, first she has to go by him makeup and chicken.<br/><br/>After putting makeup on, Moo Young let Sun Ji in. He talked about what he saw inside the center, about the cult leader and even Yoon Ju. He managed to get one of the weight loss pills from the center. Sun Ji went to check that pill. It’s an illegal drug that causes huge hallucinations.<br/><br/>Together they made a plan. Moo Young enters the fast center again. This time he pretends to one of the workers from the vegetable delivery.<br/><br/>Moo Young finds Yoon Ju. She was praying and refused to leave. She started screaming so Moo Young hit her. He put Yoon Ju in a basket and pushed her out. On the way he met the manager and the skinny boyfriend. He got rid of them and continued. The more he encounters danger, the more his body remembers to fight. But Yoon Ju woke up and the people center were getting closer. So Moo Young had to leave without Yoon Ju.<br/><br/>He didn’t leave far. He went inside a washing machine until night. When it was safe, Moo Young came out. He walks around and sees the stuff center making the drugs. Suddenly someone hit him on the back of his head and he fainted.<br/><br/>When he woke up, Moo Young was surrounded by a familiar smell…the smell of dead bodies. Soon the cult leader wanted to talk to him. The cult leader knows Moo Young was hit by a moving car and wasn’t hurt. Also the cult leader saw Moo Young jumping from a high window the other day and nothing happened to Moo Young. So Moo Young told the cult leader that he can’t feel any pain.<br/><br/>The cult leader offered a deal. Moo Young helps him and in return he will give Moo Young what ever Moo Young wants, including Yoon Ju. Of course Moo Young accepted. He found his phone and called Sun Ji. While he distracts the cult members, Sun Ji has to find Yoon Ju and get her out.<br/><br/>Sun Ji texted that she got Yoon Ju out. It was time for Moo Young to leave, but the cult leader called him on stage. The cult leader broke Moo Young’s arm to make the believers he has the power to take a human being’s pain. But Moo Young had another plan. Moo Young started screaming of pain. The when he was hit, Moo Young pretended to faint and started squeezing the fake blood he had in his pocket.<br/><br/>The cult leader and his manager are escaping when Sun Ji sees them. She is attacked, but Moo Young saved her. The cult leader and his people are arrested, the victims are sent back to their family and Moo Young got the money he needs for a while.<br/><br/>Later that night, Sun Ji stops by with some food and sees Moo Young without makeup.")

The first step is looking through the things Moo Young was wearing or had on him when he woke up as a zombie. His suit seems old, but well taken care of. Moo Young either was meticulous or had a family member that took good care of him. The watch stopped at 12 minutes past 1. It could be the time of his death. He also had a limited edition lighter. Sun Ji posted a picture with the lighter online. Maybe someone recognizes it.<br/><br/>One person answered. It was Oh Hyung Cheol, the witness is So Ri’s case. But when he saw Sun Ji, he texted that he won’t be able to meet her about the lighter. He showed up in front of Sun Ji as himself, walking on the street. He pretends to not know Moo Young, but it seems like he does.<br/><br/>While they were talking, Hyung Cheol received a phone call that his mother is lost on the mountain. Sun Ji offered to help.<br/><br/>They go on the mountain and split up. Sun Ji and Moo Young went one way while Hyung Cheol went the other way. The one that found the old woman was Moo Young. The moment she saw Moo Young, the old woman Kang Kyung Ja couldn’t take her eyes off him. She kept saying one word “son”.<br/><br/>Suddenly a boar appeared. While Moo Young fights the boar, Sun Ji takes care of Kyung Ja, not looking at the fights. Of course the wild boar lost. Moo Young and Sun Ji carried the boar back in town where Moo Young got a citizen award.<br/><br/>Soon Hyung Cheol arrived to pick up his mother. But the old woman didn’t leave. She run to Moo Young, hugging him and crying, calling him “son”. Even when Hyung Cheol took her away, Kyung Ja kept looking back at Moo Young with sad eyes.<br/><br/>Moo Young:”Do I also have a mother who hopes I’ll come home?”<br/><br/>Early in the morning, Sun Ji comes in running. She found a shaman and takes Moo Young there. While Sun Ji is arguing with the shaman for conning them, Moo Young has a flash back. He remembers So Ri coming to him and holding a rabbit doll.<br/><br/>No one knows about that doll, it wasn’t at the crime scene. So Sun Ji and Moo Young went to So Ri’s father. Unfortunately the father is aboard.<br/><br/>Moo Young returned home. He finds a mess. Someone was there, searching for something. The lighter is gone. Hyung Cheol took it and used it to burn So Ri’s doll and a paper.<br/><br/>Share this:")

No Pung Shik did illegal experiments on animals and then he was throwing the residues on the mountain. The night Hyung Cheol killed and shot Kang Min Ho it was the same. No Pung Shik threw residues of his experiments near where Kang Min Ho’s body was buried. Because the substances went into his dead body, Kang Min Ho returned to life.<br/><br/>They went to Lee Sung Rok to get more information about No Pung Shik and his daughter who went missing five years ago. Sung Rok didn’t say anything, he even denied knowing No Pung Shik. Then Sung Rok and Wang Wei went to No Pung Shik to tell him about Moo Young’s questions.<br/><br/>At the veterinary clinic, Wang Wei and Sung Rok heard a noise. They follow the noise and entered the secret laboratory. A woman was in cage there, or wat was left of that woman. No Pung Shik made experiments on that woman. She doesn’t look or act human anymore.<br/><br/>No Pung Shil tied up Wang Wei and Sung Rok. Then he went after Moo Young. He used a substance to get Moo Young unconscious and carried Moo Young back to the laboratory.<br/><br/>The woman zombie there is No Pung Shik’s wife. She was sick and died. No Pung Shik couldn’t accept her dead and did everything to bring her back to life. He kidnapped people, did experiments of both animals and people and when the experiments failed the zombie wife would eat them.<br/><br/>Sun Ji distracted No Pung Shik and went into the laboratory. She untied Sung Rok, Wang Wei and Moo Young.<br/><br/>While Sung Rok and Wang Wei were fighting No Pung Shik, the zombie wife was about to eat Sun Ji. Moo Young stopped her. A zombie can communicate with another. But there isn’t much the zombie wife can do. Her instincts are stronger than her. She became a monster over the years.<br/><br/>No Pung Shik is fighting Moo Young. He ha a gun. His zombie wife attacked Sung Rok, Sun Ji and Wang Wei. In the fight a bullet got her. The zombie wife died.<br/><br/>Moo Young:”I killed a zombie.”<br/><br/>The police came shortly. Dr. No was arrested, but on the way to the section he escaped. Meantime Do Hyun went to Moo Young’s office. Moo Young is already in shock and another shock is coming his way. Do Hyun came to arrest him, Kang Min Ho, for the murder of Kim Moo Young… Kim Moo Young’s body was found.<br/><br/>Share this:")

She looks at the search history and finds out where Moo Young is.
