Most patients take them at home in weekly injections, using plastic, pen-like devices known as autoinjectors, filled with the liquid medication and fitted with a tiny needle as wide as two human hairs.<br/><br/>As demand for the drugs soars, so does the need for those devices. That growth has now minted a new billionaire: Roger Samuelsson, the 60-year-old Swedish cofounder of Switzerland-based SHL Medical, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of autoinjectors. Forbes estimates he’s worth $3 billion, largely thanks to his 69% stake in the company he cofounded in 1989. The remaining 31% is held by Swedish private equity firm EQT—which has minted seven billionaires over the years—and Athos, the family office of the billionaire Struengmann brothers. _single-adults-need-income-of-31536-to-cover-essential-outgoings-study-says.webp "Adults living alone believe they need an annual income of at least £31,536 to cover their outgoings and still afford essentials such as food, clothes and hygiene products.<br/><br/>But with the UK’s average salary of £29,669 somewhat short of this, many feel they are being pushed ever closer to hygiene poverty.<br/><br/>The scale of the current cost of living crisis has been illustrated after a survey of 2,000 adults found one in four people living alone are struggling with the current financial crisis.<br/><br/>As a result, 56 per cent of those have had to make difficult decisions, such as whether to pay their rent over buying food or hygiene items.<br/><br/>And 52 per cent of that same demographic have had to stop socialising, while 14 per cent have even gone without everyday items like toilet roll or period products.<br/><br/>The research was commissioned by hygiene and health company Essity, in partnership with Unilever, Haleon, Kimberly Clark and Edgewell, to launch a Tesco in-store promotion throughout April and May, where customers buy two products and a hygiene product will be donated to charity In Kind Direct.<br/><br/>Rosanne Gray, CEO of In Kind Direct, said: ''Many people experiencing hygiene poverty face the impossible decision to heat, eat or keep clean on a daily basis, and unfortunately more and more people are being pushed into this position.<br/> <br/>“We know hygiene poverty disproportionately affects those already struggling, but the research shows that financial difficulties are now impacting everyone.”")
![Amy Winehouse fans are flocking to visit the star's favourite haunts following the release of a new biopic - despite mixed reviews.<br/><br/>The late singer is heavily associated with the London borough of Camden, which also served as a backdrop to many scenes in the recently released 'Back to Black'.<br/><br/>The film has come in for criticism, with some claiming it goes too easy on Winehouse's dad Mitch and her ex-husband, Blake Fielder-Civil.<br/><br/>Fans revealed on Wednesday they had travelled from all over to visit Camden - with one couple having journeyed more than 700 miles from Barcelona.<br/><br/>Scarlet Elias, 43, came from the Spanish city with her partner Albert to see a statue of the singer - but says she refuses to watch the film.<br/><br/>She said: “We are huge fans. I am always looking for places with Amy Winehouse. <br/><br/>“I haven’t seen it because of the way it shows her father. I don’t think he treated her right. The film shouldn’t have been made in this way. It is too focused on her relationship with Blake. <br/><br/>“She was a good singer; it shouldn’t be about all the drugs she did.”<br/><br/>The bronze statue, created by Scott Eaton, was unveiled in Stables Market in 2014, three years after the singer's death.<br/><br/>Ayoub Achkah, 24, works serving beer next to the statue and says Winehouse brings in lots of customers.<br/><br/>He said: “Everyone everyday poses with that statue. We have just seen the movie. We feel very conflicted about it. <br/><br/>“The lady who played Amy was very good, she did her justice. That is something I was worried about going in. I really liked the movie. <br/><br/>“She knew that she had to go through a struggle to make good music and I am glad they portrayed that.
